OPPORTUNITIES: 

Physical Therapy Position Available – Full time or Part time

Job requirements include:
1. Loyalty – we will commit to your success and appreciate your commitment to our success.
2. Clinical skills in home setting or transferable clinical skills- we will train the right person.
3. Ability to interact with and support the care team of multiple disciplines.
4. Ability to establish boundaries within your scope of practice in home health care that provides patient care in an efficient manner.
5. Ability to problem solve in the field.
6. Efficiency with paperwork/medical records/charts including computer/technical software skills as they relate to home health – we will train the right person.
7. Self motivated/self-directed with ability to meet productivity goals.
8. Teachable/flexible as it relates to rules, regulations and diagnosis of the home health patient. Includes Oasis.
