New Building Under Construction
More Updates Coming Soon!
Over the past 10 years First Call Home Health has grown from a small home health agency to the largest home health agency in Marion and Polk counties, adding an outpatient mental health clinic and pain management clinic to its services. First Call has moved into larger facilities several times as it expanded services and clientele.
As First Call recently faced the need for larger facilities again, the owner decided to invest in a new building. First Call was able to qualify for an SBA loan and build a new building for a very competitive price.

The New Building Will House Three Businesses:
- 1) First Call Home Health
- 2) InFocus Counseling
- 3) First Call Pain Management
Sheryl Mullin the owner said, “We want to provide an excellent work space for our staff and provide state of the art facilities to our clientele. The building will house a 60 person community training center. We plan to offer free in-services and trainings to the community ranging from mental health issues, nutrition, spiritual issues and many other topics.”
First Call Home Health will have room to expand it’s home health services and hire more office and clinical staff as it’s census continues to grow.
InFocus Counseling will have approximately twice as much space as it currently has. Instead of the current four counselors, there will be room for seven counselors, and two state of the art play therapy rooms.
First Call Pain Management, a new service, is currently being developed. The new building will house facilities for up to 6 pain management therapists.
The new building will take the services of the three companies to a new level of service, which should significantly benefit the community.
